Butterfly visits

Today a butterfly kept flying around me so we brought it inside and I got to hold it and it sat on my shoulder. When we let it go it flew across the road and sat in the tree. Maybe we will see it again tomorrow......

Rebel Sports

We had a outing down to Rebel Sports to buy some new swimming gear. I enjoyed looking around and especially checking out the manequins.

Clay Fish

I have been really busy in the pottery,making fish to hang on the wall! I had a great time choosing the colours and painting my fish,bloob,bloob!!!

Great start to a new week!

I have started off this week keeping busy. We have been making a scarecrow to put down at the garden and I really enjoyed helping to paint our tin foil project. Have a great week everyone :-)

Balloons Balloons Balloons

During sensory we went outside in the sun and blew up balloons and blew bubbles, it was fun trying to catch the bubbles!

Rotorua Lakes and Kirau Park

We went to Rotorua to a thermal park. At the park we walked around the track and looked at all the thermal mud pools, we also went through the sensory garden and saw lots of butterflies and birds. From there we went to the Rotorua lake front for lunch. We saw two helicopters taking off and watched a sea plane land. It was a awesume day.

The Lakes

We had a great walk around the lakes. We were lucky enough to be there to watch the remote controlled boats which I really enjoyed. What a great afternoon out!
