Te puna quarry park

Had a lovely morning out at Te Puna Quarry Park.  I saw lots of butterflies, lots of flowers, it was nice and relaxing up at Te puna quarry.

Elbow grease

I was awesome and helped to clean the white van, I used some old fashioned elbow grease to help clean and get all the dust off the glass. I was real happy to help my staff and help my friends to see out the window. 

Cookery

Today we squeezed lemons,added some fresh ginger and made old fashioned lemonade.....I laughed at its smell....fooeeey ! We put in the fridge to chill to enjoy later in the day.

Mt maunganui art trail

Had a lovely Te at durry park this morning.  Checked out some of the art from the street art festival last year, and the new art trail in the mount, released my butterfly and chatted to a few American tourists from the sea princess

We learnt how to soft boil an egg today....the best part was in the tasting ! 

My monarch butterfly

I love butterfly's and I brought my monarch butterfly in so I could show everyone and guess what, it hatched out while I was at Arohanui. I like to watch it spread its wings out so it can dry its wings and then fly away.
