Bayclay 2014

We had our display of work at the yearly exhibition, Bayclay 2014 at Baycourt! So proud that my plate was on show for all to see along with all the other lovely pots !

Really fun day out with all the guys from Greerton.  We got to have a look around the coastguard boat, have lunch at sulphur point, and do some fishing.

Busy in pottery

I have been very busy getting ready for Christmas and have been making lots of lovely things in pottery. I really like the gold paint. 

Fishing with the Contiki

Hi everyone, I had an exciting adventure this week and went to PAPAMOA beach to let out a Contiki! Lucky aye, we didn't catch a fish this time but we did catch a Stingray, I had so much fun. 

Making hand-puppets

I had an exciting Sewing, I was making hand puppets out of funky socks  and other materials. We made a pretty girl with Pigtails for my friend Sherie. I really loved sewing on the eyelashes and was fluttering my own and laughing. We showed her the puppet and she really liked it. success!! 

Painting my plate

I have been working very hard on my latest plate in pottery, I added some terrific Art Deco style texture to it and now that it has been baked in the Kiln I am adding a splash of my favourite colour. How cool does it look!
